Pioneer Valley Power Packs is a 501(c)(3) non-profit free weekend food program that was founded in 2017 by Shelley March. She realized that there was a great need to serve our community in combating food insecurity in our school age children. Through her efforts our weekend backpack program was born.

In the fall of 2021, a new board of directors took over the program. We continue to be dedicated to serving our community and providing our area school children with nutritious and healthy food choices through our supplemental weekend backpack program.
